Okay.. i wenta MP polyclinic to find out they had no x-ray services so i decided to go geylang polyclinic..

i waited for very long... and within mins of going in i got sent to the radiologist downstairs... I felt static electricity when they x-rayed my hand.. and the film is damn cool... i wanted to keep it.. but they say they will send to the professional radiologist to write report..if anything they will contact me.. then in the meantime the doc. jus issued some random medicine i think as expected...
all in all cost only 16bucks....

and i came home and ran at the gym... did i say before...i got phobia of the treadmill . cos i fell off twice consecutively before.. that exp has daunted me since and when i run i can't help but hold tightly to the bar in front of me..

i think i can return to trng next week.. cos i don't wna lose my last trngs with farah.. actly i feel like i haven't had the chance to train much with her this yr..
i have SL and she has strings and her stress fracture... i guess next week no matter what i shall jus go train cos it's jus precious precious b4 i'm on my own like eeks.. dont really look forward to it actly... and um.. i feel older actly... time jus whizzed past us very quickly.. i'm 16 now 17 next year.. and i feel myself working hard day by day to achieve my medicine goal...
